Ann Van Eron Ph.D., MCC, fosters open-minded conversations for unparalleled relationships, results and well-being with leaders, teams and organizations. With over 30 years of experience coaching leaders and working with teams and organizations all over the world, Ann supports people in creating positive and productive relationships by sharing her pragmatic signature system for breaking through communication barriers by cultivating an open mindset. Jack E. Oakes M.A applies over four decades of experience as a teacher, counselor, and administrator to providing communication and consulting services for business and education. Jack’s career in education is unusual in its breadth and depth of commitment and includes work at the local, county, and state levels. These experiences range from K-12 education to college and beyond. He is an original founder of High School, Inc., an award-winning partnership between the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Ana Unified School District. His book, Maximum Impact Education, is a practitioners’ handbook for raising high school student achievement.
