Since 1968 Imperial has provided advanced education and talent improvement programs for tens of thousands of people and hundreds of businesses and organizations. Our current focus centers on solving the skills-jobs disconnect by helping clients plan and implement workforce restructuring and development through the formation of a Regional Talent Innovation Network (RETAIN). Imperial assists in the founding or maintenance of a RETAIN. Our consulting services focus around:
- Offering collaborative coaching for executives and a broad range of community leaders,
- Guiding business-education partnerships that cooperatively develop education and training programs to fill local talent gaps,
- Providing informative regional workforce talent summits and conducting regional workshops or retreats.
